Yellow Iris

I spent the afternoon in a marsh looking for yellow iris. I eneded up getting my feet wet to get the shot. It was a warm day and the water felt good on my feet.

I was looking for yellow iris when I found a small group of these small flowers growing close to the waters edge.

Strange....

Every thing seems so strange tonight....calm and quite. Almost creepy....but I did get a shot of a Red-backed Salamander today.
